Returns

■ All returns in Spain are free with modaporencargo.com. Returns from Canary Island, Ceuta, Melilla and international returns are NOT free.
Though we offer free returns, we recommend you to take care to choose correctly your size before placing your order because exchanges will mean another wait of 20 to 35 days.

■ If you have any doubt about sizes, do not hesitate to ask us before placing your order.

■ If your order contains more than one article and you have not received your entire order, we suggest you wait until your order is complete in case you need to return any other item.

■ You should send all returns in the same package to avoid having to pay for an additional shipping as, modaporencargo.com will not be responsible for additional shipping costs.

■ Returns will not be accepted for any reason if the product does not comes in the original packaging and the label with all delivery details is intact.

■ Returns will not be accepted if the article was used or has any sign that it has been used.
■ You will have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return it to us.

■ Returns will be made to our offices in Seville.
■ You can use the same packaging in which item was sent to you as long as the packaging is correctly addressed.

■ If you are not present when the delivery person arrives to collect the package or if you are present but you do not give him the package to return at that moment, then you must send the package by your own means.
